Shipping Policy

1. Shipping costs are free for Indonesia.
2. For international shipping, we use UPS/EMS/TNT as reputable international shipping agencies and all items will be traceable via tracking number once shipped.
3. Please note that order processing time may be up to 3×24 from the payment confirmation. While the delivery time from Expedition may be up to 7 days.
4. Please, be sure to indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes, where someone will be available to sign the package.
5. Entered the wrong address? Contact us immediately to edit it before your order is dispatched.

8. Milk & Roses takes no responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed during the importation into your local government. All taxes and duties differ between countries and states and therefore we are unable to provide estimated costs before delivery. These costs are made at the discretion of your local postal service and are out of our control.
9. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.
